100% of AS LIDO shares are owned by the Estonian “Apollo Group” subsidiary “Treeland”.
The ultimate beneficial owner of LIDO, through an indirect ownership structure via the Estonian “MM Grupp”, is Estonian entrepreneur Margus Linnamäe.
